Washpadi

Overview

Washpadi is an on-demand laundry service spanning three surfaces — a customer app, vendor app, and admin platform. Each had its own logic and audience, from everyday users booking pickups to vendors managing jobs on low-end Android devices.

The challenge was building a shared design language across all three without flattening the differences. The customer side needed to feel like ordering food. The vendor side needed to be operable without any tech expertise. The admin tied it all together.
