01How I work

From the first question to the shipped screen.

Most of what I design is complicated because the job behind it is: trading, cross-border payments, on-chain data, identity. I try to keep all of that on screen, in the order people actually work, so the product feels simple without hiding what matters.

I start with research (interviews, usability tests, competitive analysis), map the flows, then move quickly into prototypes. At Glitch Markets I ran fast design sprints in place of long wireframing phases. Throughout, I work closely with engineers, product and research, and I hand off design systems that teams can build from.
