Lumoswap needed to compete with both CEX and DEX incumbents by offering superior UX without sacrificing the transparency and trustlessness that Web3 users expect. The brief was simple: make DeFi feel fast.
I designed the full product — swap interface, liquidity provision flows, portfolio tracker, and transaction history. The biggest challenge was presenting complex financial data (slippage, price impact, route optimization) without overwhelming users.
The design uses progressive disclosure heavily: sensible defaults with power-user controls available one tap deeper. Every screen was pressure-tested against real user mental models of both TradFi and Web3 apps.
